Worship Planning and Archiving System

Welcome to the Home Page of the Worship Planning and Archiving System. This software is an attempt to enable Churches to effectively manage their services.
It includes:-

• Hymn/Song database with all songs given a list of musical styles and lyrical subjects. This database can be filtered on style or content to aid selection when planning services.
• Team Manager. Organise your musicians and other members into teams for easy allocation to services. Team structures include substitutes so that if your usual piano player cannot make it then the substitute will be informed.
• My Details section for individual members. Once teams are allocated to services the members can see at a glance when they are required. They can also indicate their unavailability which will automatically inform and allocate the next substitute in line.
• Easy to use Rota Management for allocating teams, worship leaders and preachers to services. Once completed the rota can be emailed to all team members with a couple of extra clicks.
• Easy to use Service Planner for selecting all songs and other features of your services. Once completed the plan can be emailed to all members that are scheduled to be at the service, plus any other members.
• Statistical analysis of song trends showing most/least popular songs over a selected period.
• Three levels of user privileges. Member privilege allows updating of your own details and indicating availability plus read-only access to service plans and rotas. Leader privilege adds maintenance of the song database, addition of new members and creating/updating service plans to the list of allowed activities. Admin privilege adds rota management and team structure management to the list of privileges.
